Bar Rentals
Rent a Bar for Wedding Receptions, Corporate Retreats, Birthday Parties and More!
We offer a variety of bar rental options, perfect for wedding receptions, birthday parties, outdoor festivals and more. It's important to give your bartender the space they need to do their job effectively. Our bars will provide a neccessary partition between your bartender and guests, keeping the drinks flowing and the line moving.
Besides providing an elevated serving area to facilitate the bartender’s duties, several of our bars also provide a concealed working area for the bartender—which is great for keeping the inevitable clutter of bottles, glasses and swizzle sticks out of sight. You can combine a bar such as this with a simpler skirted table bar where pre-made drinks or bottled beverages can be set out for your guests.
Let us know about the sort of event you’re hosting, the drinks you plan to serve, and whether you’ll be having a bartender on-site. With this information, we’ll be able to recommend a bar setup to keep your watering hole operations running smoothly.
If you are planning a wedding reception or other event where alcohol will be served, you should definitely consider having liability insurance for your event. You can learn more about this in our article on event insurance.
What to Keep in Mind When Renting a Bar
What we can provide
- The bar(s): Many people rent more than one modular bar, which can be arranged in a box, line, or "L" shape to give your bar more square-footage.
- Barstools: If you'd like to provide seating in your bar area, don't forget the barstools!
- Taps: Keep your beer kegs pressurized with taps.
What you'll need to provide
- The alcohol: The only party supply we don't supply is the alcohol. Be sure to get an accurate headcount. (You might want to count the real party animals twice.)
- Cups: Don't forget the cups! Buy in bulk to save money.
- Olives, limes, and cherries: Check with your bartender, as they may provide these as part of their bartending service. If not, you'll need to provide these yourself.
- Straws: Preferred by lipstick wearers everywhere, straws are a must-have for any bar set-up.
