While it might be a bit of a stretch to say this package will accommodate everyone at your child’s school, it’s certainly big enough for most senior classes and a whole bunch of friends, parents and siblings. One thing: you’ll need enough room in your yard (or other location) for a 20’ by 40’ canopy tent.
Underneath the tent, you’ll have ten 8’ banquet tables and 80 folding black chairs for your guests. With a group this big, you’ll likely want to consider renting a few things: like food and beverage service, table linens, maybe a dance floor or a stage. *The price of this package includes set up and take down of the tent on grass. You would be responsible for set up and take down of the tables and chairs.
