Seating arrangements
We have a wide range of tables and chairs available for rent, as well as table linens. The most commonly rented chairs for trade shows and business meetings are the fanback chairs (available in blue (padded seat) and white (non-padded) and the classic Samsonite folding metal chair (black or white). Most trade show booths opt for a banquet table or a serpentine table covered with a dark table cloth.
A/V equipment
Often, you’ll need a little technical assistance to get your message across. We can set you up with everything from easels and podiums (floor or table) to a sound system with a wireless mic. Add an LCD Projector and a movie screen (50 or 70”) to help get your point across, or run your corporate video on a 55” LCD TV.
Pipe and drape kits
These are perfect for defining your space in an exhibit hall or convention center. We offer 8’ high backdrops and 3’ high curtained railings. They set up quickly and easily. A steel base makes them sturdy, while the aluminum pipe framing makes them light enough to move easily. And to lend a VIP touch to your space, consider adding aisle posts with red velvet roping.
