It looks like a perfect day for a 10k fundraiser run, but what you can’t see is the 90-degree heat. The organizers of this event wisely chose to rent pop-up tents for the finish line area to serve as cooling stations and repositories for large coolers full of cold drinks. You can see where shade from the sun would be highly desirable.
Two great things about these pop-up tents: 1) They’re easy to set up, requiring only two people to pull the legs out and push up the canopy support braces, and 2) They can easily be transported from our rental store to your site if you have a pickup truck or SUV. Also nice: you can cluster several of these pop-up tents together to create a larger tented area.
While these smaller canopy tents are often rented for use at fundraisers, food festivals and flea markets throughout the Racine area, they’re also perfect for small backyard parties. They’re also excellent for creating an entry area to a much larger tent.
