Madison Graduation Ceremony Stage and Chair Rental
This photo shows a stage we set up for a graduation ceremony at the University of Wisconsin Madison. This stage sits on 3’ risers and has matching side skirts and a backdrop. Since students would be climbing up the steps on one side of the stage and exiting down another set of steps on the other side, we used steps with handrails on both sides in case anyone tripped over their gown.
The sea of chairs in the foreground are our Samsonite folding chairs. For large events such as this, with hundreds upon hundreds of chairs, the chairs are set up by student volunteers. This is a far more cost-effective and efficient way to get your venue set up than paying us to line up chairs. In addition to the stage and the chairs, we also provided the podiums which you can see on the stage above.
