Pole Tent Set Up For Madison Area Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Talk about a great location for an outdoor wedding! We set up this 40’ by ‘60’ pole tent for a ceremony and reception just outside of Madison. It was a perfect day, but even if it had rained the show would have gone on.

Since it’s impossible to know what the weather will be like when you’re planning an event 6 months or more out, it’s always a good idea to have a party tent for your reception. Even if you don’t need it for shelter from rain, it’s good to have a shelter from the sun when you’re dressed in formal attire and it’s a hot day. Plus, a wedding tent tends to keep your guests in one place, rather than wandering around and congregating in small cliques.
