Pole Tent Rental for Greenfield Wedding Reception
File this one under “Idyllic Settings.” We set up this 40’ by 80’ pole tent for a wedding reception in a gorgeous spot in a Greenfield park. If you look closely, you’ll notice there’s also a smaller tent to the right side of the photo. That’s a 20’ x 20’ pole tent where the catering company worked their culinary magic.
Having a separate tented area for your catering company is always a great idea, as your guests are spared the inevitable clanking and chaos that goes with caterers preparing a spread for a large crowd. Then, when the meal is over, the china can be bused to the catering tent so there are no dirty plates and flatware cluttering the tables.
Our Brookfield Party Rental location handled this wedding tent setup (and takedown). In addition to the two tents, they also provided a wedding arch, the banquet tables, the traditional white folding wooden chairs, a dance floor and pedestal fans to keep guests cool.
