Rent tables for wedding receptions, graduation parties and corporate events
If you need a tent for your party or event you can choose a tent and book a party package online (based on the number of guests you expect) and then add tables, chairs and other party supply rentals during checkout.
Though we specialize in parties and events requiring a tent, we can also rent tables for indoor use. Just contact us with the number and type of tables you'd like to rent and get a free quote!
Rectangular Banquet Tables – Wood Top
Our rectangular banquet tables are a popular choice due to their extraordinary versatility. Set them up in a long row for a buffet line or in multiple rows for cafeteria-style seating, line them along the perimeter of your tent, or create a U-shaped configuration facing the guest of honor’s table. These tables can also be used to create a small, self-serve bar area if you’re not planning on having a bartender and renting a bar. And although we don’t recommend it, our tables are sturdy enough for the occasional attempt at dancing on a table. (Get those camcorders ready!)

Round Banquet Tables—Wood Top
Our round banquet tables are a great choice for more intimate events where you want to enable small groups of guests to gather at one table. Round tables also allow for easier movement throughout the tent, which is great for encouraging inter-table socializing. We offer these in sizes to accommodate anywhere from 6 to 10 adult guests per table.

- 60” (seats 8)
- 72” (seats 10)
Cabaret Tables (Cocktail or Pub)—Wood Top
Considerably smaller than our round banquet tables, these cabaret tables invite guests to relax and have a drink or converse with others. The smaller size makes it considerably easier for your wait staff to weave their way through the crowd and deliver libations to your guests. We offer these tables in two heights—30” for use with chairs and 42” for standing use only. For formal events, we recommend using tablecloths on these tables.

Both sizes of these tables are available in seated height (30”) or standing height (42”).
Conference Tables—Wood & Laminate Top
If you are hosting a corporate event with a featured speaker, or plan on having an A/V presentation, you will likely want to have conference tables for your attendees. These tables facilitate the use of laptops and the taking of notes or making of doodles on legal pads. They also provide a surface on which to put any handouts or awards you may have for attendees. We offer both wood-surfaced tables and laminate top tables, in both rectangular and serpentine shapes (wood top only). Both styles look great and offer a variety of configuration possibilities.

The classic conference table, designed to be placed end-to-end in rows.
Serpentine Tables: 6 ft., Wood Top
These tables can be joined to form an undulating wave shape or a circular shape.
